TARGET FITNESS RETREAT DIARY – DAY 2

Today was the second day of the Target Fitness Retreat, and I’m already feeling more alive and invigorated than ever before.

The day started with an early morning workout session led by our certified fitness trainer. We did a variety of exercises, including strength training and cardio, to get our hearts pumping and our muscles working. Despite the early hour, I felt great afterwards and was ready to take on the day.

After breakfast, we had a workshop on nutrition and healthy eating. Our instructor taught us about the importance of fueling our bodies with the right foods and gave us some practical tips on how to make healthier choices. It was really informative and inspiring, and I’m definitely going to make some changes to my diet.

In the afternoon, we had a group session on mindfulness and stress management. We learned some techniques to help us stay present and focused, as well as how to deal with stress and anxiety in a healthy way. It was a great reminder that taking care of our mental health is just as important as taking care of our physical health.

The day ended with a relaxing yoga class, which was the perfect way to unwind and de-stress after a busy day. I left the class feeling calm and centered, and ready for a good night’s sleep.

Overall, Day 2 of the Target Fitness Retreat was another great day. I feel like I’m making progress towards my fitness goals and learning some valuable skills and habits along the way. I can’t wait to see what Day 3 has in store for us!
